OUR HOME AT PLATEAU BREEZE RANCH

Let's say that we are not too old to make a change. We continue to work on our ever-evolving property with plans to improve it. We see drawbacks but have visions of making it our paradise, and we love it.

Murrieta boasts many qualities that call to families who are looking for peace, cleanliness, and safety, which are the main reasons we decided to settle here. Above the big city lights and the track homes, the Plateau is away from the familiar streets in Murrieta.

Our spectacular spot is situated on five acres of land and sits on a flat, two-acre knoll high above the rest of the surrounding area. It was purchased in 1994, with missing stained-glass windows above the average front doors, unfinished Spanish floor tiles throughout the house, and all the appliances were gone. Landscaping was sparse, but several small trees were planted and left behind by the last occupants. The rest of the property was raw land until we decided to improve it and create a beautiful area for appaloosa, harlequin and elite-fleeced alpacas. The home's points of pride are the incredible views of rolling green valleys to the west and city lights of the nearby city to the east.

Fast-forward to 2022 and the house continues to be improved to our liking. I often say it's a work in progress as my husband and my dreams change.
